Alexander Technique for Babies

Alexander Technique helps improve babies' breathing and movement
Baby learns to lift herself higher in order to bring her right arm around to match her left arm. This allows her better head control which will later lead her to creeping, then crawling, across the floor
Babies enjoy Alexander Technique
Each accomplishment is celebrated
Mothers and fathers are brought into the routine when practicing Alexander Technique on babies
Each session incorporates work with mother and baby together. Here mother is directed to release her neck muscles. The result is ease in her body which is communicated to her baby
